Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs

• Shipping is calculated at checkout from the order's weight and the destination postal code, with the couriers and services available for your address.
• Free shipping on orders with a subtotal over IDR 500,000. An order of exactly IDR 500,000 still pays shipping.
• We currently ship to addresses in Indonesia only.

Processing and tracking

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. When your order ships you receive an email notice; for the tracking number, contact us on WhatsApp at +62 8956-1275-1234. You can also see the order status on your account page when signed in with the same email.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• the item is unworn and unwashed, with its tags and packaging intact;
• the item is not a special order or custom piece;
• you request the return on WhatsApp at +62 8956-1275-1234 or by email at kamastoreyogya@gmail.com, giving the order number, the reason and photos of the item.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived defective or not as ordered — in that case we cover it in full.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund the original payment method. We tell you when the refund is processed, with its reference number. How long it takes to reach your account or card depends on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or wrong items

If a parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong contents, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the parcel and item. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.
