These terms apply to every visit and purchase at kamastore.id. By proceeding to payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to them.
About us
kamastore.id is Kama's online store, located at Prenggan, Kotagede, Yogyakarta 55172. Contact us by email at kamastoreyogya@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +62 8956-1275-1234.
Buyer accounts
You can shop with or without an account. Accounts use your email address and a one-time sign-in code; keep your email secure, since anyone who controls it can sign in to your account.
Products and prices
- Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and exclude shipping.
- Many of our products are handmade textiles. Small differences in pattern, colour and size between pieces are a mark of handcraft, not a defect. On-screen colours may also differ slightly from the real thing.
- If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders and stock
The stock shown is our warehouse stock at that moment. Items in your cart are not reserved for you; stock is set aside only when you start paying, and released again if payment is not completed. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Payment
Payments are processed by Midtrans using the methods available on the payment page. Orders not paid within that payment method's time limit are cancelled automatically.
Cancellation
A paid order can be cancelled as long as it has not been shipped, by contacting us. The full amount is refunded to the original payment method. Orders already shipped follow the returns policy.
Shipping and returns
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Full terms are on the Shipping & Returns page.
Reviews
Only buyers signed in to their account can write reviews, and reviews from buyers who actually bought the product are marked as verified purchases. Reviews must be honest and courteous; we may hide reviews containing hate speech, other people's personal data, advertising, or unlawful content.
Intellectual property
The name, logo, product photos and text on this site belong to Kama. They may not be used commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, disasters or circumstances beyond our control, but we will help you resolve them with the parties involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled amicably; failing that, through the district court for our store's address, without limiting your statutory rights as a consumer.
